Anita Barone

Barone was Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She was a chef who was named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 90s, she appeared regularly in Carol & Company as a co-star along with Carol Burnett. Barone also played the wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friendsthe premiere episode. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start full-time work. Barone was for The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the initial season (1995-1996) as well as The War at Home in 2005 and 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio, a sitcom that aired in 2000. Barone was also seen in Desperate housewives and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her performance in the show One Last Ride. Barone's recurring role on Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up was first introduced in the year 2010, just three years after The War at Home finished its run. Barone played the role of Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband, guest-starred in the show for two seasons. Shake It Up in the part in the role of J.J. Jones.
