LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born on December 30, 1984) was an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James, he's widely thought of as the best player of all-time and often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James was awarded two Olympic golds and four NBA championships. James has scored the second greatest number of goals in his career and seventh most assists. James has been named as an NBA All-Star 18 times. James has been the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, a record. He was also selected to the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. As a total, James participated in more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most in history. It was eight in a row between 2011 and 2018. James was selected for the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, he became the first NBA player to earn 10,000 career points. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town from Akron Ohio and was heavily advertised by national media as a future NBA star. He was a prep-to pro and selected with the top choice by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. After being named 2004 NBA Rookie Of The Year, he soon became a top player within the NBA receiving the MVP award in both 2009 and 2010 for the NBA. in 2009 and 2010 James signed for the Miami Heat in 2010 when the team became a free agent after not achieving an NBA Championship in Cleveland.
